It was a sad few days in the oversize permit industry, especially for WCS Permits.
Howard Davis, a state of Virginia permit department employee, passed away on Wednesday, June 15 unexpectedly.
The news leaves WCS permit writers devastated.
“Howard was not just an amazing help at the permit office, but was truly a very caring and genuine person that we will all truly miss,” said WCS VP of Operations, Becky Woods.
Services for Howard will be held on Monday, June 20 at Bliley’s Funeral Home in Richmond, VA.
