Hurricane Matthew has affected oversize load travel in some states. 
As of noon EST, the following states have posted updates. Check back in for more updates as the storm progresses.
George – No restrictions, operating and issuing permits as normal
Florida -No restrictions, operating and issuing permits as normal
South Carolina – Currently issuing permits but will not on I-95 or East of I-95
North Carolina –Â No current travel restrictions, issuing permits as normal. However, they are warning against traveling to the outer banks or coastal areas.
