Kansas permit office upgrades system, warns of future delays
Computer upgrades will begin being made to the permit office’s online system, which will result in limited system access May 1-7.
According to the Central Permit Office, no online permits will be available from http://www.truckingks.org/, the current permit system where permits can be applied for and purchased. Additionally, permits cannot be purchased using an escrow account payment method during this time.
After May 1, it will take up to 24 hours to receive a permit, and permits purchased between May 1 and 7 must be paid for with a credit card.
